Chyron Lyric / Prime Operator For Inside Edition

Inside Edition is currently seeking Chyron Prime Operator to work on-site in our New York office Graphics department. Responsibilities include playback of graphics, over the shoulders, lower thirds, etc. for all our shows. Includes all duties required to create, design, and implement graphics playback for on-air and pre-produced graphics for editors. Works well in a high-pressure news environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, INews, and additional communication software essential. LIVE TV experience is a plus. Good sense of typography and layout and able to prepare elements in Adobe Photoshop. After Effects experience a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
o Chyron Lyric-X-character generator, design lower thirds, over the shoulder, full screen & slate
o Chyron Prime-upload to still store
o Chyron Camio, upload graphics to Avid iNews
o Chyron ISQ-playback interface for Lyric-X & Prime for studio live feeds
Familiarity with:
o Avid iNews-follow daily rundown
o Avid Media Composer-download media from Avid Interplay
o Microsoft Word-spelling check
o Microsoft Teams-collaboration with team members
o RTS Intercom-communication with the studio
